Rescheduling with a client on BodeWrk helps avoid fees and keeps your schedule smooth. Here’s how:


  1. Log In: Access your BodeWrk account.
  2. Find Booking: Go to “Styles” > “Scheduled” and select the booking.
  3. Message Client: Use BodeWrk messaging to propose a new time (e.g., “Can we move to 4 PM?”).
  4. Agree: Wait for their reply—agree on a new slot within your availability.
  5. Update: Tap “Reschedule,” input the new time, and confirm.
Note: Reschedule > 24 hours before to avoid a 20% fee (max $40). If no agreement, report as a no-show after 30 minutes past the start time.
