Late Arrivals and No-Shows: What to Expect on BodeWrk

Here’s what to expect if you or your provider are late or don’t show up for a scheduled service on BodeWrk.


Late Arrivals
  • Late Provider: If your provider arrives late, you may receive a $10 credit from them, applied to your account. Contact BodeWrk support if this happens.
  • Late Client: If you arrive late, your provider may charge you an extra $10 fee directly (no refund action required). Coordinate with them via BodeWrk messaging to adjust if possible.
No-Shows
  • No-Show Client: If you don’t show up, the service closes automatically after 24 hours. You’ll be charged 15% of the final cost (maximum $25), credited to the provider.
    Example: For a $101.71 booking, the fee is $15.26; you’re refunded $86.45.
  • Avoiding Fees: Reschedule with your provider or cancel within the free period (24 hours before start or 1 hour after booking).
Mutual Agreements
  • If you and your provider agree to cancel or reschedule, contact BodeWrk support to document it and avoid fees. For rescheduling issues, message your provider first, then cancel if no agreement is reached.
Tip: Always notify your provider via BodeWrk messaging if you’re running late or need to cancel, then follow the cancellation steps yourself.
