Receiving Reminders and Notifications

BodeWrk sends reminders and notifications to keep your appointments on track. Here’s what to expect:


  • Reminders: Get alerts 24 hours and 1 hour before your service starts, based on your time zone.
    • Example: For a March 3, 2025, 2 PM booking, expect reminders on March 2 at 2 PM and March 3 at 1 PM.
  • Notifications: Receive updates via email, app push, or text (depending on settings) for booking confirmations, changes, or provider messages.
  • Manage Settings: Go to “Account Settings” > “Notifications” to toggle preferences (e.g., enable text alerts).
Tip: Keep notifications on to avoid missing services—late arrivals may cost $10, and no-shows 15% (max $25). Update your contact info in “Account Settings” if needed.
