How to Accept or Decline a Booking

As a BodeWrk provider, you control your bookings. Here’s how to accept or decline a client request:


  1. Log In: Sign in to BodeWrk.com or the app.
  2. Check Requests: Go to the “Styles” or “Bookings” tab and select the “Request tab.”
  3. Review Details: Open "View Details to see the client’s name, service (e.g., “Cut & Style”), date (e.g., “2025-03-03”), and location.
  4. Decide: Tap the approve or deny button and choose “Accept” to confirm or “Decline” if unavailable. Respond within 8 hours to avoid auto-cancellation.
  5. Confirm: Accepted bookings move to “Scheduled”; declined ones are moved to Completed, where it shows Cancelled.
Note: Frequent declines may affect your search placement. If you decline, suggest a new time via messaging to keep the client.
