Updating Your Availability

Keep your BodeWrk calendar current to attract bookings 24/7. Here’s how to update your availability:


  1. Log In: Sign in to BodeWrk.com or the app.
  2. Open Calendar: Go to the “Availability” tab > “Manage Availability.”
  3. Set Times: Add or edit available slots (e.g., Mon, 9 AM–5 PM) using the calendar tool.
  4. Save: Confirm changes—new bookings can now fill those times.
Tip: Update regularly to avoid conflicts—unresponded bookings cancel after 8 hours, impacting metrics.
